An international consulting company Loydson Partners (license no. 2381/1a) is looking for candidates for its client, large international concern, for a position of:

The Chief Executive Officer

Location: Czech Republic, reference no. 1101/CZ/LP

Responsibilities:
• Creating and implementing long-term development strategies
• Domestic sales
• Representing the company in business and trade negotiations
• Supporting commercial department employees in carrying out current activities
• Constant market monitoring and analysis of commercial trends
• Networking with crucial clients (traditional and modern way)
• Management of a team of subordinate staff

Wymagania

Requirements:
• Commercial experience as a senior executive (preferably in a FMCG sector)
• Ability to manage a team of subordinates
• Selling and negotiating skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a new country and adjust to local mentality
• Experience in creating development strategy of a company
• Success-orientation
• Competence in English or Polish enough to communicate casually
